INTRODUCTION
Business communication refers to a process under which data and information is
transferred between individuals within and outside of an organisation. It is analysed that internal
as well as external communication play a great role in organisational success. Here, information
needs to be transfer at various level of organisational structures so that predefined goals can be
accomplish (Orr and Jadhav, 2018). Along with this, it is also crucial to maintain proper
communication with external stakeholders in order to maintain their interest in business that is
crucial to ensure long term sustainability. Main aim of this report is to enhance communication
within company and identify different approaches of sustainability. It also comprises the ethical
way in which managers adopt these strategies to sustain at market place for longer run. Further, it
includes several CSR activities adopted by micro, Sme and corporate business entity to
formulated good brand image of company at market place. The second part of following report
includes a reflection in which various skills and capabilities that are required to have by a
researcher are discussed thoroughly.

Introduction
Business management refers to an area under which several activities, employees are manage
within organisation in an efficient manner so that predefined goals and objectives can be
accomplished. It is a wide concept which comprises numerous activities such as planning,
organising, staffing, directing and controlling that are essential to attain organisational goals in
predefined period of time (Hasse and Cedergren, 2019). Here, planning is significantly
associated with CSR activity of an organisation as it helps to prepare appropriate strategies that
will improve existing brand value, reputation of organisation at market place. In the first part of
following report sustainable approaches are included along with business strategy with an aim to
perform business functions effectively. It is analysed that there are several activities related to
CSR are performed by Micro, small, medium and large business organisations to improve their
reputation, positioning in market in order to get long term sustainability.

Nowadays, sustainability is the main concern of every organisation that is essential to
meet with current requirement of market place. This concept is consider suitable to run business
in smooth manner that is essential to attain predefined objectives. It is analysed that each and
every business entities are required to follow these strategies regardless their scope, size and
other factors. It is a suitable strategy for managers and business entities which will help them to
get positive outcomes out of several business functions. There are ample of strategies need to
apply by mangers for sustainability (Murphy, 2016). These strategies should be perform in
ethical manner with due consideration in order to get positive outcomes. Here, it is significant for
managers to perform business activities in ethical manner in order to ensure long term growth
and sustainability of organisation. With this, they will be able to get competitive advantage
which is essential to attain desired goals. In addition, this will make managers enable to maintain
positive image of entity among target audience. On another side they need to prepare numerous
strategies and implement those strategies in effective manner that is not an easy practice and
sometimes may become hectic for managers of company.
Business strategy refers to the formulation of several strategies to ensure long term
sustainability of organisation at competitive market place. Here, managers are required to
analyse these strategies on regular basis that is essential to get positive outcomes. They need to
make necessary alternations in present strategies as per the changes in current trends, needs and
wants of customers with an aim to generate substantial profit margin. Nowadays, people are
more conscious about environmental protection so managers are required to consider this factors
while undertaking various business functions (Moeller, Harvey and Maley, 2017). They are
required to analyse several external factors such as political, environmental, social and more
along with ethical factors to ensure long term growth and success of organisation. There are
several sustainable approaches which are being used by managers are given as under:
Awareness: It is analysed that for every company, it is crucial to spread awareness in
customers and other stakeholders regarding their functions which is essential to maintain higher
goodwill of entity at market place. As per the recent report of Deloitte, it is crucial to align the
efforts of leaders for sustainability along with its impact at work place. Here, methods of
