Refection rating is also an part of the communication where I have to write and for writing something we should have communication skills. I strongly think that my communication At this moment is wonderful, as I am able to communicate with anyone, but there is always chance to became better, I will take this chance , and I will become perfect. In a Week to 2 scores good, because here I have learned about the team by using the Belibin where properly team role are considers and how it can be effective. Communication in the team is I important and without having a effective communication within the team it can affect the whole team and together they cannot perform good. Video and audio is the part of the communication and that I learned in the next week. Here I learned about the challenges of the communication like Email, Video conferencing and many more that helps me to develop my communication at the student level.
In the week 3 I have learned about the refection writing, there are proper ways to write the refection and it is also part of the effective communication helps me to develop a good score here also I have gain 4 in experience and 3 score in general studies (Tuncdogan., and et.al., 2019). In this session I was more interest, determined and ambitious about learning and learn in g about the communication. Here we learn about the report writing where shows each and every team members have to communicate with each other, so they can write a proper report on the given topic. Communication makes the report more effective where each and every team members give their opinion and helps to complete the report. In the week 4 I have coved the report writing which we learn how to write a report in a team and for that we need to communicate ate with each other and each and every member have to communicate for the writing a report. It makes me learn more about the communication that how team coordinate with each and every person and flow of communication build thorough the communication and achieve their gaols to write a proper communication. Porter's five forces also was conducted during the lesson that was about the industry and what kind of force affect the whole company. It was the part of report and I have asked the lesson providers a guider. Communication and asking question is the good practice of the communication. In the last session which was week 5 here I was comfortable, well enough to learn about the communication. Here we research about the topic and team working practices take place where communication also main point and group activities that also enable and provide enough information related to the type of the research. Here finally I found that my communication in the movement was wonderful, and I was able to communicate with anyone. This all 9 role helps me to understand what are the role of the team members and how team are formed to achieve the task in group and how they coordinate each other. In a week 3 I wasreally good at it , as I enjoy hearing other’s people opinion and work together to become strong, in a week 3 we all together learn and do the task on identified the macro environmental factors, and Swot analyses and here every team members give their opinion related to this and it can help me to make determined In a Week 4 I was more interested in the learning, and we just learn about the porter's five buy in the Week give I was more confident because we learn about the research an how researches are conducted within the groups and how each and every member in the report making can use their knowledge for the better performance and better v result. I also learned about team work how it is affective in the report writing, and we can use the knowledgable for the better and quality work. In the end we were given with the group activity which is also an
