Suppliers provides the plastic, copper, stainless steel and other materials are the key
suppliers of the company. Thus M and A company supplies the better air conditioning services
throughout the UK, their staffs are motivated towards work to install such system at home
premises of customers irrespective of size and other complexities at premises.
Competitors:
As UK air conditioning market is estimated to increase rapidly, as country is
experiencing substantially increasing demand for the air conditioner, as increment in the middle
income houses and also enhancement in construction activities are increasing demand for the air
conditioner (Jenčo and Lysá, 2018). Thus it is found that for the M and A company the current
market is stable but they might have to face the intense competition with their rivalries. Possible
rivalries are HVAC, Daiken air conditioning companies.
Performance:
It is found that company provide the better service throughout the UK, they have skill full
employees who provide better and efficient professional services to their customer. Thus
company has quite good performance but still required to adapt changes regarding changes in
industry as well as in economy.
Strength:
Company’s strength is their employee and better strategic implementation which allows
them to provide the remarkable services to their customers.
Weakness:
Poor work place structure is identifying as main weakness for the company because of
this they are also facing problem in their operational work.
