Executive Summary
The industrial report will examine the certificate of construction drawing if it is in compliance
with the set rules and regulations as per the governing codes of Australia 2016, the report will
deliver proper assessment of all the sections of BCA which are applicable, further their will be
identification of the areas which are noncompliance that probably will require building solutions.
The Noncompliance sections that which will need alternate Solutions are as follows:
a) Building code of Australia travelling distance of the exit captured on clause D1.4
b) Building code of Australia the travelling through isolate fire exit b and c captured in clause
D1.7
c) Building code of Australia protecting an open area on an external wall as captured in clause
C3.2
