INTRODUCTION
Business decision making is the process through which
management chooses the best suitable option from the given
alternatives. Following presentation is prepared in order to
assist UKCBC institute to find factors related to ensure quality
assurance.

OBJECTIVES
To get the response from people associated with the cited
institute about their view on quality maintenance of
college.

Different methods of collecting data can be
utilised depending upon the nature of
information required.

FINDINGS
 Students are increase continuously.
 Behaviour and attitude of members are
common in experience.
 Most of the students are satisfied with college
performance.

SUGGESTION
 Facilities of college in relation to other student are to be
increase.
 Outside students are given more importance as they re
come from outside country
