employees and due to Covid-19 the number of issues enhance. So, in the report the issues are
discussed and then the option that are available with residences is also discussed. With the help
of Weighed Score-Card Model the best option among them is selected. The benefits and de-
benefits of the option are also discussed. Also, the time and cost analysis in implementation of
the option is also discussed.

INTRODUCTION
This report is based on case related to Bedford Town Residencies which is a housing
association that provides suitable housing facilities to local community. It is seen that they are
willing to provide support and assistance to the vulnerable individuals (Filser and et. al., 2021). It
operates from central office that is located in Bedford Town Centre. The work is divided in
various department that coordinate to achieve success. Due to Covid-19 there are various issues
that are faced by the employees of BTR. The problem is analysed in this report and the best
option that will be suitable for the business is identified. As there is always a reason behind
choosing the option, so the recommendation related to same are also part of this report. The
timescales and cost related to the project are also mentioned in report. The second part of this
report is based on the skills that are necessary to work effectively.

Reasons
All the employees of BTR face the issue related to communication. It is seen that they
use e-mails for the communication and that is not an effective tool. The employees are always
complaining about the complex process of e-mails. They are unable to get and identify about the
information that is useful. At the same time the superiors keep sending reminders to them that
makes the process complex. It is not possible for them to use e-mails all the times and their inbox
is always full (Rabetino and et. al., 2021). All the departments were facing the came issue related
to communication. Also, the things get worse out, as due to Covid-19 there were providing of
remote working. The employees were unable to understand the situation and deal with the same.
It is seen that they were already frustrated with the system of communication. While working
from homes they have to face the the problem more severely. There was no way of person
interaction and that causes demotivation among the employees. All these were facing the issue of
the long video calls that were held through zoom meetings. It was so time taking and the
employees get tiered after the meetings. The problem was not sorted here, the employees that
have work of contacting with customers in more issue as they have to interact via e-mails and
that was so struggling for them. At the same time the employees were not allotted the official
gadgets and they have to use their own computers. The personal computers were not supporting

in the present situation the employees of BTR are facing several number of issues in remote
working. They are unable to manage the work that is being given to them. So it I high time there

want to grow in my career. That's why I took classes for improving my speaking as well
as presentation skills. Due to the best experience in classes, I was able to improve myself
and develop some effective communication skills. In addition to this, I was regularly
practice of formal reports. I analysed that there were many students that assists me to
improve my skills. That's why my experience was very well.
Numeracy skills: In today's business environment, it is found that day by day the use of
numerical skills is necessary for every person (Russell, Pferdehirt and Nelson, 2018)
. It just not useful for employees but also very important for normal people as it is used in
