Executive summary
Bedford Town Residencies that is a housing association had to dealt with several
consequences in regards to current pandemic issue i.e. COVID-19. This could be due to
disturbance caused due to implementation of several COVID-19 guidelines and laws which have
resulted in extra task burden for in the said housing association. This report will critically analyse
related aspect of the residency association in regards to its operations in pandemic times and its
post impacts. Several issues related to operational working of residency is being listed which are
further selected using model of Weighted Score-card model.

Introduction
The given study will highlight operational working of Bedford Town Residencies that
dedicates its services for providing suitable housing for local member of the given region.
Contrasting to current pandemic times which have resulted in increased burden over respective
staffs and given authorities working in the specified region. This was well highlighted through
low productivity of the firm in recent years due to lack of communication that further resulted in
poor coordinative work in the operational company. The respective document will highlight
elements of project life cycle in regards to the provided business case and will evaluate believes
or disbelieves of proposed options for enabling better working environment in the given
workforce (Beermann, 2020).

Reasons
One the major reason for performing a business case study report for the said firm is an
inclusion of several difficulties faced by managers of the firm in managing business operations
during the COVID-19 times. The problem caused at Bedford Town Residencies is an inclusion
of various barriers of operations which were initiated or caused by introduction of coronavirus.
Several departments working in the company were unable to coordinate properly due to
disturbing elements caused due to the said pandemic. The possible reasons could be due to
availability of effective communication techniques under such scenarios of market. The
pandemic came with unexpected consequences which along with several business enterprise of
affected region was not ready. Further, evaluation of discussion includes difficulties faced by
employee working in the organisation in terms of communicating important information to
several other employees who are working at home. This could be due to unstable internet or
delaying in responding to e-mails etc. (Bobinski and et. al., 2018). The decision for
implementing work from home by managing director of BTR with regards to triggering safety
and health conditions of various employees of the said organisation. The company adopted its
operational working which were well in regards to legislation of the said region, however, later
experienced lots of difficulties in terms of operating respective tasks in departments of the
chosen firm. High frustration was being carried in respect to managing daily operational tasks
