INCIDENT DESCRIPTION:
INCIDENT INFORMATION
On the 15th of October we had experienced a very aggression filled incident. One of the clients
on being handed with his bill got very aggressive and harsh towards one of our very old
employee, Joni Tingman. She had tried her level best to calm him down but the client lost his
cool more than a number of times and had started using slangs. Being a supervior, I had to
intervene and ask him to leave the dental clinic premises. Although he had left the clinic, he
was still very aggressive and had started kicking cars in the car parking along with throwing
slangs at us. Watching the situation getting out of control I had shut down the clinic completely
and was forced to call the police. Mrs tingman, a forty year old woman, even though was not
hurt but was terribly shaken with the incident.
