of this research project is to analyse benefits and drawbacks of global business environment
while expanding business in another nation. It involves aims, objectives and research questions
which assist in evaluating and understanding whole topic. Along with this, literature review help
in examining different authors view points and reviews regarding specific research theme.
Background of company
ALDI is the common brand of German company which is large supermarket chain and
they are offer variety of goods and services to their customers. It has over 10,000 stores in 20

countries and an estimated turnover of more than 50 billion euro. It is established by brothers
Karl and Theo Albrecht in 1946 when they took over their mother's stores in Essen. ALDI's
operate and regulate around 2500 stores in the country. It is commonly sell grocery products and
household items which attract large number of customers. They are offer best quality based
goods and services to their buyers at reasonable rate (Cavusgil and Knight, 2015). The present
case study is based on analysing benefits and drawbacks of global business environment which
directly affect on business operations and its functions. In current time period, most of the
companies are adopt globalisation concept which help them in easily expand business functions
in another country. With the help of globalisation, it is required for ALDI company is to promote

The main reason behind conducting this research is that investigator required to

business operations. It is important for ALDI is to promote their products and services by using
different sources and methods such as social media, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. For this,

of products so respective firm provides unhealthy working conditions and situations

Reflection
On the basis of above described project, globalisation is one of the effective procedure
which help company in expanding their business operations and its functions in another country.
I can develop research aims and objectives which properly the evaluate whole topic in better
manner. In addition to this, I used literature review for analysing various authors and scholars
view point regarding particular subject. This will help me in describing and understanding each
topic which are required for completing the research report. For this, I analysed research
methodology which is one of the specific procedure and method that can be used by me in
selecting, identifying, processing and examining whole data regarding particular theme. After
that, questionnaire method is used by ALDI company for identify their respondents point of view
and response towards their goods and services in better manner. It will assist me in analysing
different users choice and preferences as per this company develop required goods and products.
As a researcher, I will conduct data analysis for examining whole data related to topic and it is
helpful in gaining relevant data and information in proper manner.
Apart from this, working on this project has provide me different benefits to increase my
knowledge and skills regarding globalisation concept. When I begin this project, I have planned
to formulate various strategies and policies which help me in reaching with aims and objectives.
But due to lack of insufficient funds and other resources, I have faced different issues or
problems. It includes low confidence among team members, stress for completing the work in
given time period, optimum limited resources and so more. It is difficult for me is to collect and
gather accurate information and data regarding specific topic. Sometime, there are two similar
topic sites which have different points make me confused. Thus, completing this research project
has enhanced my skill and make capable for take future project and reach high success.
Recommendation
It can be recommended that ALDI require to analyse whole market place where they can
easily gain attention of large number of customers towards required goods and services. With the
help of globalisation, company can easily acquire huge income and revenue by selling desired
products and facilities. They can earn foreign exchange by export and import variety of goods

and services to their customers. It can assist in gaining higher profitability and income in order to
serve them best services and facilities in proper manner. Along with this, it can be helpful in
analysing and examining whole global market where company take position for attracting large
number of customers. Before entering in new market, ALDI need to properly analyse whole
