The main purpose of time management is to enablepeople to do more work and good work done in less time. A time management system isdesigned as a process which includes combination of process, techniques, tools and methods. Benefits of effective time management:When time management is good more task can be completed in less time, which leads tomore free time, and that free time can be spend on some other activities and people can learn newthings in that time. Obviously, time management is very important in everyone's life, by propertime management one can become more successful in life(Morden, 2017). Time managementimpacts the both personal lifer and professional life as by time is managed on all activities,person feels relaxed and reduced the stress level. Being organised and working according to timeresult in less rework and mistakes. When time is properly managed by people all the task will becarried out smoothly and in desired way and it results in time saving ie, people have more freetime they can invest in other activities and learn new things. As when time is properly managed by people they can have free time which they canspend with their family because spending time with family is also important. It helps inincreasing the reputation in work place as people have more trust and reliable(Wild, 2017). Noone will ask that when the task will be completed because everyone know that the timemanagement of worker is good and will manage the task according to that.
