IntroductionOrganisation behaviour directly influences employee performance and there are many factorswhich influence performance. These must be carefully analysed to determine the most importanttowards enhancing team performance[ CITATION Fre11 \l 1033 ]. To assist identify these factorsthree articles will be reviewed which will help determine common trends interlinking each ofthem. These can then be utilized to report findings and propose a suitable approach towardsmanaging human resource to promote employee performance. The main purpose of this reportwould be analysing Conflict management and its influences to organizations behaviour. This willhelp identify both the positive and negative aspects linked to team conflict of interest and howthey can be used to encourage performance[ CITATION Doh08 \l 1033 ]. The report shall reviewthree articles related to this domain and report on each one's findings and later an independentanalysis of the findings shall be reported. Team conflict management has become an importantstream in business today and as more businesses expand, grow and diversity.
