INTRODUCTIONIndependent living is all about rights of human beings. People with disability share theserights also but most of the times their rights are not given due attention and care. What does anindividual eats, where he lives, a human life is all about making decisions. The individual shouldhave freedom to do whatever he wants to do, how, when and where he desire to do so. All thesethings are taken for granted by the normal human beings (Bacsu and et. al., 2012). But theindividual with any disability does not have the right to control his own life.
