• It had ultimately found out through the researches that
indeed the novice to expert theory had been found to be
helpful where it can be applied in any form of the
predetermined clinical guiding, it can help to conduct all the
practices that remain linked with the nursing profession.
• The researchers had supported the fact that experiences as
well as proficiency are important for the nursing procedures

Overview:
• Experiences of nurses contribute in intuition as well as
moral reasoning. It also helps to gain personal knowledge.
• The researchers aimed to venture the application of this
theory in the nursing fields. They had chosen four fields.
• These are nursing practice as well as related clinical issues.
