Business Process Improvement (BPI) is one of the
most important terms of Businesses across the globe.
It is highly efficient in connecting systems and
information with the businesses.
Also, BPI allows for the automation of operational,
management as well as supportive processes.
Thus it gives any business an edge over all the
competitors (Vom Brocke et al., 2014)

THE CASE STUDY
Using the information system, e-business automates the business processes of an
organization.
The information system will be successful if it is economically feasible and efficiently
supports the business processes.
To enhance the business process improvement, a new methodology has been developed
based on a process modeling which is Role Activity Diagramming.
It is validated and tested using cancer registration process in Jordan (Aburub, 2014).

Business process integration is hard to achieve for every organization and the new
methodology with RAD process modeling was focused to improve the
administration system of JCR.
Advantages of using RAD modeling are:

•It expresses the modularity between work.
