Reflection on Human Development Project in
Reference to Employability Skills
The human development project has
improved my knowledge on various human
development issues including hunger and poverty.
Hunger and poverty are inhibitors of
development. When people are extremely poor, it

learning is critical. People are able to develop
both individually and professionally through
continuous learning. Through learning, people are
given the opportunity to gain new skills which
would increase their skills in the performance of
their jobs.
I have also realized the importance of initiative
and enterprise skills which assist people in being
multi skilled. Joseph Ombimbo Nyakwaka had an
