This report summarizes an introduction on the construction
company-BGC contractors. A brief introduction has been
provided on the organizational structure, history and operations
strategy of the company. A decision making processes and
innovation has been discussed. A brief overview has been

followed by a conclusion.

Introduction
BGC construction operates through the BGC division of
Australia. This is one of the largest private companies and group
turnover exceeds 3 billion dollars per annum and employs more
than three thousand employees. The construction has been
operational since 1971. This is one of the biggest builder
companies and manufactures building materials all throughout the
Western Australia. The company has been using following risk
management frameworks- AS/NZS 4801: safety management and
occupational health systems. The company has also been credited
as the division 5 through the state government.
