Here, PubMed is used as the search strategy which is productive and includes some search
terms like health, health literacy, health outcomes, intervention etc. Here, year of range used is
2012 to 2022. There is inclusion of Australian Community and health literacy. There is exclusion
of general population.

This article has the aim to determine the prevalence about the health literacy among
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patient. It also helps to understand about the health literacy
which can have high impact on the delivery of effective primary healthcare services to the
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. This can help to provide the importance of health
literacy to improve healthcare services and treatment to Australian people (Bánfai-Csonka et. al.,
(2020)).
Here, article includes the understanding about the effectiveness of communication with
service provider which can help to get better care and service delivery to patient of Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander. Here, main argument is about taking related with health which can
allow to understand the effectiveness of communication which can be helpful in delivery of
better and effective response towards better health outcomes. It also includes that there is highly
effectiveness of health literacy which can allow to improve the healthcare service delivery and
improve to deliver better health outcomes (Armour et. al., (2021)). This article has the strength
about previous data which include the benefits of health talk which leads to create high impact
on the healthcare service delivery and help to identify the effectiveness with positive outcomes.
This study has the limitation where participants are selected on the basis of English speaking
which can create limitation in the accuracy of information. This can impact the understanding
that this article includes the people who are English speaking and those with other language
should also have information about the health which should be considered for better outcomes.
Health literacy have high impact on the service delivery which have high positive health
outcomes and reduce the negative health impact (Kemp et. al., (2021)).
