The Big 5 Personality Test

(Greiner & Julian, 2021). The results were being obtained on the basis of reliability and validity.

standards and considering ethical elements of the operations.

the test. Through the analysis effective operational standards were being set for which, I would
be able to deliver better terms of workings when being engaged in personal as well as
