The Big 5 Personality Test
The stated test i.e., The Big 5 Personality Test, refers to behavioural continuum assessment
of personality for the considered individual. After the five scalar personality qualities it is built
on, the model is frequently referred to as the OCEAN or CANOE model: Openness,
Conscientiousness, Extroversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism.
Interpretation of results
The big 5 personality test consists of 50 questions that explores wide variety of human
behavioural aspects based on various situations in the life-being. The respective test is being
subjected towards exploring differential aspects of human psychology for a stated scenario. This
test evaluates on various factors including; Extroversion, Emotional Stability, Agreeableness,
Conscientiousness and Intellect/ Imagination. Through the analysis of the test results, high
percentile of 78% was obtained for “Emotional Stability” element of the test. This indicates
better performance of an individual when being indulged in decision making process while being
engaged in individual as well as group tasks (Bhasin, 2018). Furthermore, through interpretation
of element of “Extroversion” that is marked at 54% it can be said that an individual is attentive
towards social life and tend to who human quality of sociable, talkative, lively and assertive. The
another factor that can be explored relates to moderate scaling under diligent and careful of an
individual. In addition to this, evaluation of factors such as Imagination and Conscientiousness
also scored at a moderate rate. The test being performed guides dedicated efforts on the basis of
which better operational terms could be established and defines effective terms of workings. The
provided test was being completed in 45 minutes and effective learnings were being made taking
guidance of dynamic workplace environment (Feher & Vernon, 2021).
