SUMMARY Both the big data and IT are considered to be very important part of the world in the 21st century. They are also dependent on each other for supporting the performance of the society. These preferences are also considered to be very important for the individual to be able to
generate the aim that is the key towards the success of identifying the problem. Society is also facing the issue of leak of information due to the big data (5 Essential Concepts for New Data Scientists, 2021.) The needs of security have also increased due to the increase in the use of these two factors. The understanding of the ways in which these factors work is considered to be the key part of the success that is able to influence the learning. BACKGROUND TO THE PROBLEM Big Data can also be leveraged as the focus of the forecast of the ways in which the different aspects with related to the weather, market, business, customer behaviour and other factors can be studied. IT also plays a very important role in the society as it is able to play a very significant role in the ways in which the it changes the ways in which people are communicatinginthesociety(GalatiandBigliardi,2019).Thisisabletoprovidethe information that is needed for the work to be conducted in the form of business and interact with the government agencies and how they are managed. AIM OF THE RESEARCH The aim of this research is to find the role that both the Big Data and Information Technology is playing in influencing the factors that affect the growth of the organization. This research is going to also help find the measure that are going to aid in the use of these two factors for the growth of the organization (Zheng and et.al., 2020). METHODOLOGY Research type In this research the qualitative form of research type is going to be used that is going to help in indicating the ordinal values. Qualitative research involves any research that uses data that do not be able to indicate the ordinal values for studying thing in their natural setting to make sense of the Research approach This research will be using the inductive approach to the research that involves the search patterns from the observation and also the development of the explanation of theories. Interpretivism philosophy is the one that is used for this research that is going to help in the contribution of how the business is going to help in the achievement of the results that are required (Tirachini, and Cats, 2020). Data collection The collection of the data in this research is going to be of both primary and secondary sources. Primary sources will include data through survey and questionnaireresults. For secondary data the sources are going to be books and journals that are going to use for the supporting the findings. SOLVING PROBLEM The data that is going to be collected is going to be used for creating themes that is going to prove the aim of the research that is related to the ways in which these factors are affecting the business objectives. The focus of this research is to identify the aim of the research that is able to gather the information that is required for achieving the results.
