Interpretation of result:
The Big Five personality traits contain 150 questions that test different personality and
allow individual to understand their personality traits. There are many researchers and
psychologist believe that human has ability to give personality test which will help them to
understand their traits and gain knowledge about their personality. The Big Five contain five
important factors including; extroversion, emotional stability, agreeableness, conscientiousness
and intellect/imagination Feher & Vernon, (2021). These factor decide personality of individual
and their process with the help of one personality. Each factor was scored between 0 and 100,
every factor highlight attribute that a human contain. In the above personality traits,
Agreeableness was the highest whereas intellect/imagination was lowest.
On the other hand, emotional stability was one of the most important factor highlighting
neuroticism or negative emotionality. From the above personality test, it is very clear that
personality is agreeableness which means person high friendly and optimistic that can adjust to
every environment and situation. In agreeableness factor, low score is dangerous for human
being are considered as aggressive. Factor four highlight conscientiousness which was score 52
out of 100, which means person is diligent and careful toward other and work they tend to
perform. Last factor, intellect/imagination which often called as openness to experience and in
this test it has scored 46 out of 100, lower score here is considered as traditional and
conventional.
Reflection:
The Big Five personality test is one of the most effective test that allow person to
understand their personality and process further or mark those weak area in personality that
impact personal as well as career life. I believe The Big Five personality test was very helpful for

me as this allow me to explore my personality factor, from the above test result it is very clear
that I carry agreeableness personality that allow me to become friendly and optimistic towards
other Gholipour & et.al., (2016). I believe this personality factor is right as I have strong feeling
towards exploring world and society and to develop good relationship with others.
Other factor in personality factor me to understand extroversion and emotional stability,
I have scored 50 out of 100 in extroversion and 19 out of 100 in emotional stability. These are
practical result highlighting my personality, The Big Five personality traits are every helpful in
understanding personality and its factor that influences human behaviour towards other. As I
carry agreeableness personality factor that will help me to become effective towards other which
means there are certain benefit of conducting The Big Five personality test. I have got impressive
result in this test which highlight I carry that factor which will be beneficial for me in the
process.
LITERATURE REVIEW
According to Cherry (2019), The Big Five personality traits is effective personality trait
that contain personality test highlighting which type of factor suit an person who is conducting
this test. There are many case where this theory is been used to identify personality that an
person carry. Cherry (2019), highlighted that by giving this test, person can identify their
personality as this test provide result on the basis of five factors, these are; extroversion,
emotionality stability, agreeableness, conscientiousness and intellect/imagination.
Extroversion is a factor that highlight surgency or emotionality of person whereas
emotionality stability highlight neuroticism or negative emotionality as way other factor of The
Big Five highlight personality contain by person conducting these test. It is very clear that these
theory of personality is challenging for the person giving these test because understanding
personality is not an easy task. Some weak are might impact behaviour of person and push them
to become more aggressive and can turn their personality into danger that might impact them and
their life.
Reliability and validity of The Big Five personality traits:
The Big Five personality test is significantly reliable as this allows person to measures
their personality with test that contain approx 100 questions Oshio & et.al., (2018). I think The
Big Five theory is highly reliable as this allow me to explore my personality traits and helped me
to examine certain area of my personality for example from personality test, I have found that I

contain agreeableness which means I have friendly and optimistic nature or personality that
allow me to become more stable with others.
The Big Five personality theory is highly validated as this not only allow me to
understand my personality but this helped me to clear Jung test that contain several daily life
question which was easy for me to answer but result I got is quite similar to personality I think I
have. This personality test was valuable as this allows me to become more clear towards my
behaviour which I need to adapt to become effective.
Culture and appropriateness in the personality test:
I have conducted The Big Five personality test where I have understood my personality
traits or factor, from above test it is been clear that I have agreeableness personality or factor that
allow me to become friendly and optimistic towards other which means I can fit into different
culture and adjust in their background Vedel, (2016). I have such personality that allow me to
explore different culture, I have scored highest in agreeableness factor which simply means I can
make friends easily and understand feelings of other.
Through cultural lens, I carry certain strength because I have agreeableness personality
traits which means I can be friendly with different culture and try to craft my behaviour
accordingly. Cleaning The Big Five personality test allow person to explore their personality and
help them to understand whether they will match with different culture. There are certain
limitations of test through cultural lens. I carry agreeableness factor that means too much
friendly nature can be dangerous in different culture. There are certain limitations of this test
because different culture might not adopt agreeableness personality factor.
