Each factor was scored between 0 and 100, everyfactorhighlightattributethatahumancontain.Intheabovepersonalitytraits, Agreeableness was the highest whereas intellect/imagination was lowest. On the other hand, emotional stability was one of the most important factor highlighting neuroticism or negative emotionality. From the above personality test, it is very clear that personality is agreeableness which means person high friendly and optimistic that can adjust to every environment and situation. In agreeableness factor, low score is dangerous for human being are considered as aggressive. Factor four highlight conscientiousness which was score 52 out of 100, which means person is diligent and careful toward other and work they tend to perform. Last factor, intellect/imagination which often called as openness to experience and in this test it has scored 46 out of 100, lower score here is considered as traditional and conventional. Reflection: The Big Five personality test is one of the most effective test that allow person to understand their personality and process further or mark those weak area in personality that impact personal as well as career life. I believe The Big Five personality test was very helpful for
me as this allow me to explore my personality factor, from the above test result it is very clear that I carry agreeableness personality that allow me to become friendly and optimistic towards otherGholipour & et.al., (2016). I believe this personality factor is right as I have strong feeling towards exploring world and society and to develop good relationship with others. Other factor in personality factor me to understand extroversion and emotional stability, I have scored 50 out of 100 in extroversion and 19 out of 100 in emotional stability. These are practical result highlighting my personality, The Big Five personality traits are every helpful in understanding personality and its factor that influences human behaviour towards other. As I carry agreeableness personality factor that will help me to become effective towards other which means there are certain benefit of conducting The Big Five personality test. I have got impressive result in this test which highlight I carry that factor which will be beneficial for me in the process. LITERATURE REVIEW According toCherry (2019), The Big Five personality traits is effective personality trait that contain personality test highlighting which type of factor suit an person who is conducting this test. There are many case where this theory is been used to identify personality that an person carry. Cherry (2019), highlighted that by giving this test, person can identify their personality as this test provide result on the basis of five factors, these are; extroversion, emotionality stability, agreeableness, conscientiousness and intellect/imagination. Extroversion is a factor that highlight surgency or emotionality of person whereas emotionality stability highlight neuroticism or negative emotionality as way other factor of The Big Five highlight personality contain by person conducting these test. It is very clear that these theory of personality is challenging for the person giving these test because understanding personality is not an easy task. Some weak are might impact behaviour of person and push them to become more aggressive and can turn their personality into danger that might impact them and their life. I have such personality that allow me to explore different culture, I have scored highest in agreeableness factor which simply means I can make friends easily and understand feelings of other. Through cultural lens, I carry certain strength because I have agreeableness personality traits which means I can be friendly with different culture and try to craft my behaviour accordingly. Cleaning The Big Five personality test allow person to explore their personality and help them to understand whether they will match with different culture. There are certain limitations of test through cultural lens. I carry agreeableness factor that means too much friendly nature can be dangerous in different culture. There are certain limitations of this test because different culture might not adopt agreeableness personality factor.
