Sub: Providing detail information about the project and informing about the project schedule
Message
The project plan has been developed using the iterative model of operations and aligning the
development of the activities. The project is implied for easing the utilization of the planning
process and forming the implication of the activities. The utilization of the operations has been
deployed for forming the implication of the activities favouring the bike development and
deployment between the 3 cities of Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. The project would start
from 28th May, 2018 and would run for 242 days to complete on 6th May, 2019. The project
schedule has covered the addition of GPS tracking development, mobile application, assembly of
bikes, and deporting it to the required location.
