The work is based on the capturing and representing the construction project with the use of the Building Information Modelling) BIM Approach. This includes how the users can easily work on the visualized patterns with the proper management inthe 3D Computer aided designing. The study is also to address the applications with the major focus on the construction projects. The case study is applied with demonstrating the effects of sharing the knowledge in the environment of 3D. The participants work on the sharing and then reusing any of the explicit or the tactic knowledge through the 3D based knowledge maps.

IntroductionWith the rapid development of the construction industry, the projects are found to be complex. Hence, the different information technology system is based on the project information management, where the 3D object oriented system contains the geometric and the non-geometricinformation for building a better information modelling system. The IT based structures are also related to the technology change. The BIM also works on the stipulated time and the quality which includes the conventional methods that relate to the different parties which are involved inthe process of construction. The conventional methods are based on how BIM, being an effectivetool is able to handle the multi-disciplinary construction project environment. It is also importantfor the fragmented entity for the historical and the economical standards which impose the limits to innovation. The risks are found to be discontinuous depending upon the increased costs and the delays. The knowledge management is considered to be the process for the collection, and the creation, storage and proper reuse of the data with the problem solving texts. There have beenlarge investments in manpower, time and money that relates to the vital tool of the construction management. Here, the projects are also related to manage the designing, procurement and the system handling in the effective manner. The primary purpose of BIM is to work on the use of animated illustrations of the information. The BIM based knowledge sharing management system is to focus on how the building project of Taiwan is able to handle the process related to the construction knowledge with the sharing management at the time of construction phase.
