Majority of the employees in the firm are high school graduates, being over 50% of
the total population this is a sign of domination. To ascertain that the employees are
diversely selected across various levels of education, at least one group should not

Race
The company employees are majorly Caucasian and do not meet the requirements of a
diverse workforce based on the bar graph outlay. To determine if the race is diverse at
least one group of the race should not exceed 30 % of the total.
Gender
The male employees exceed 80% of the total number which is a clear indication that
the company is dominated by the males. A diverse gender needs to have one gender
not exceeding 2/3 of the total employees’ population.
5. The job which requires more employees is the Machine with 159 employees. This
means that the company should employ an optimum number of this group of
employees for its operations to run smoothly
