Governments and also the company which is present all around the world choose to use the biometric technology in order to combat the identity fraud and the security breaches, secure all the confidential data, reduction in the cost and also to improve the overall experience of the users (Bandara, De Silva & Weerasinghe,2015). Biometric can be defined as one of the rapidly growing sectors in the information technology field with the recognition of the fingerprint expected to be most dominant in the biometric technology. The global market of the biometric is growing at exponential rate and is forecasted to reach $23.54 billion within the year of 2020. Biometric provides a great help in the Workforce management, in the banking sector as well.
