1BIOSTATISTICS Introduction Biostatistics and its application in medical science has played an important role over the years. Consideration of the subject is important for its significance in public health among communities, populations and patients for understanding them and making sense of the various sources inclusive of variation (Ahlbom, 2017). It has major contribution in the advancement of the knowledge used in the public health policies and used in the field of chronic diseases, human growth development, and environmental health. It has use in the clinical medicine genomics, health economics, and proteomics. In the given essay I will reflect on the various ways of measuring the processes and methods of biostatics, and its implementation among bio-statisticians for the implementation of the knowledge and skills. Moreover, I would also explain how the various bio statistical procedures would help in my practice and enhance my competency in the field (Carter et al., 2014). Discussion Relation and extension of the knowledge and skills in healthcare Regarding the use of the processes like Analysis of Variance, the basic comparison of the sample means and the statistical similarity between them is tested. Causation is a philosophical concept which is important for the establishment for finding the relationship between the cause and the second event known as the effect. Moreover the concept of multi- causality has been the result of the various combination of the factors caused due to various mechanism (Daniel et al., 2018). These concept would help me in situations where there is an equilibrium problem which plays an important role among persons slipping on the icy path while walking. The process of sampling bias could greatly affect the results of the validity where the participants are not selected then the population of interest might not be reflected in the population of interest. Thus it would help me to avoid the errors during the sampling of the studies. Sampling and the health statistics involves an important factor known as the quality improvement which relies on the various measurement of the various aspects of care. It would include the various factors like the structure, process and the outcomes. It would be needed for the risk adjustment and the consideration for the case mix. It would help in the quality improvement of the health services I am connected with.Moreover it would help me in the formulation of the data driven exercises which establish the healthcare service quality processes and the outcomes. Thus I would consider the implementation of the various bio statistical methods effective and their incorporation would health statistics would improve the quality of my work as a HealthCare practitioner (Levey et al., 2014). Effect on the future practice and support in fulfilling the competency standards The given information in the unit content about the various bio statistical processes would help me in relating my profession to the various competency standards. As a healthcare profession the public competency models will help me in describing the virus role in the various discipline of public health. Moreover, it would help me in describing the various methodological alternative which would be used for the development of the statistical methods used for the distinctions. Moreover the public health competency models would help me in the application of the basic informatics techniques log with the implementation of the vital statistics along with the public health records which would help me in the description of the public health characteristics and be used in public health research along with evaluation (Oleske, 2014). For my future practice, it would help me in the analysis as well as the development of various programs which would help me in protecting the health of the communities, families and the individuals in various countries (Pagano & Gauvreau, 2018). It would help me to promote the equitable and efficient gains in the population health which would help me in the development of the appropriate legislation, policy, governance and the regulations along with the fiscal measures. It would help me to gain an insight into the working of the health systems and help e in the proper implementation of the advocation of the theory and the practice. Conclusion The incorporation of the bio statistical principle would be beneficial in my practice as a health care professional.
