INTRODUCTION
Business Innovation and Skills is consider the growth department of the company
such that this department help the company to invest into the skills and education in order to
promote the business as well as boost the innovation within a business. In the same way,
current study main aim is to determine the ways through which the firm is able to meet the
define aim and by developing new and innovative business strategy, it is easily meet the
define aim as well. Thus, the current study is based upon the primary research through which
two regions are compare in order to determine the views of different respondents. Through
this study, company also determine the way through which the business may easily develop
at further level.

Interpretation: In accordance with the above table, it is interpreted that majority of the
respondents are clearly state that external assistance will help the company to meet the define
aim and objectives. Such that in the Southeast region, respondents state that yes it helps to
run a business. Like, out of 100%, 55% of them are highly agree, while 15% of them state
that they describe to up to some extent. On the other side, 25% out of 100% state that no, it
doesnot describe such. On contrary, it is stated that in Northeast region, 60% of total
respondents are highly satisfied that external assistance will help to run a business while 20%
of them state it describe up to some extent, while only 1% of them state that they don’t know.
Overall, it is stated that in both region, the views are same, that is why, it is reflected
that when the company start new business, It must an information from the external
assistance in order to run a business and take a decision as well.

of the respondents are clearly stated that developing and growing a business is consider one
of the best way that help to grow a business. Such that in Southeast region, 100% of them are
agree while in Northeast region, most of the employees are highly agree. Thus, it is stated
that external information will help the business to meet the define goal and objectives such
that through effective research question, developing and growing the business is consider the
best way that help the company to run in effective manner.
