Business Innovation and Skills is consider the growth department of the company
such that this department help the company to invest into the skills and education in order to
promote the business as well as boost the innovation within a business. In the same way,
current study main aim is to determine the ways through which the firm is able to meet the
define aim and by developing new and innovative business strategy, it is easily meet the
define aim as well. Thus, the current study is based upon the primary research through which
two regions are compare in order to determine the views of different respondents. Through
this study, company also determine the way through which the business may easily develop
at further level.

Overall, it is stated that in both region, the views are same, that is why, it is reflected
