1. What did you learn about yourself from your Clifton Strengths Survey and your group
coaching session with your Success Coach?
From my Clifton strength survey I have got an understanding about the key strengths
which I can use for further development of myself. It helped me in determining the key factors
which can have a positive impact over my career and personality development. In addition to
this, the group coached session has also resulted into providing better outcome as my coaches
always provided me extra attention along with the additional and special assignments. The group
sessions assisted me in determining the way in which I can present myself in front of everyone.
Based on my Clifton strength survey I got the top 5 strength of myself which depicts my
knowledge, skills and behaviour. The group session helped me in gaining an insight into my
creative mind by bringing out the original idea which is innovative and creative in nature.
2. Were you surprised by any of your Top 5 talents (signature themes)? Why?
When I got my top five signature themes out of the 34 I was truly very surprised.
Moreover, as one of the theme stated that I am an arranger who manages the complex situation
which involves the lot of variables. These variables are required to be arranged in a way that it
