Introduction
This report will discuss about the recommendations that must be provided in order to
increase the quality of the products and retain the clients. Discussions of the key issues that
are present in the manufacturing department of BizOps Enterprise will also be stated in this
report.
Organizational learning
Learning needs of the relevant personnel of BizOps Enterprise varies as per the
responsibility of the employees. Educating the clients to understand the features of the
products that are manufactured by the BizOps Enterprise [4]. In case the clients are unable to
understand the method of using the product, user satisfaction will gradually decrease.
Implementation of the web-based service provisioning must also be learned by the employees
of the BizOps Enterprise. This will increase the efficiency of the post sales explicit s
management. Having Tacit and explicit knowledge is an added advantage as with the help of
this terminology the employees can perform better management of the projected data
transaction in a more precise manner. For human resources training as per the management of
the system must be done. In this SME’s must be included for training provisioning [5].
Additional training must be provided to the employees who are related to the financial
section. This specified training can be provided with the help of the operational priority. This
section will ensure the projection of the business profitability and this is the reason that the
management of the project will get performed in a better manner. In case of training
provisioning to the employees regarding the physical resource’s usage of proper coaching and
training with the help of training materials must be used. Usage of the classroom-based
training, syndicate project work and workgroup activity training must be made. With the help
of these methods’ implementation of the training modules that are stated above will be
