This report evaluates the pros and cons of blended learning and traditional classroom learning, and provides recommendations for the Institute of Inner City Learning of UWTSD. It discusses the benefits of blended learning, such as flexibility and better preparation and feedback, as well as its drawbacks, such as the need for basic technology and a temporary increase in workload. It also examines the advantages of traditional classroom learning, such as active learning and maintaining interpersonal relationships, as well as its disadvantages, such as limited time and less flexibility. The report concludes with recommendations for the Institute of Inner City Learning of UWTSD to implement blended learning to enhance their students' learning experience.
