INTRODUCTION
Project refers to a unique and temporary working which have defined initial and end time
together with defined resources (Alioua and Simon, 2017). Likewise, Project management could
be said to application of tools, capabilities, knowledge and techniques for activities so to meet all
requirements associated to a project. Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group is
involved in a project for providing service sustainable ways so to raise fund for the Forum over
upcoming duration.
