INTRODUCTION
Project management is termed as a process in which entity implement various methods,
skills, experience and processes with an aim to accomplish objectives and goals of a project in a
well defined and effective manner (Lannon and Walsh, 2020). With the help of efficient project
management company can underline time scale and budget through which all the activities and
functions can be fulfilled while assuring higher growth and success. Project management provide
a strategic direction through which an organisation can execute a project and can fulfill its goal
and objectives in a more unified and effective manner and can further fulfill desirable objectives
at higher efficiency.
Present report involves discussion upon certain form of activities that are required to be
undertaken by a project management in order to accomplish project objectives with more
effectiveness. Project revolves around a music concert which is required to be organised by
Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service group in a collaborative manner. In addition to
this report include stakeholder analysis, work breakdown structure, network work diagram and
organisational structure through which project is subjected to be done in a systematic way. Risk
analysis is also included in this report in order to identify can overcome them as a pre-
determined result.

Stakeholder Analysis:

manner. With the assistance of WBS all the activities can be undertaken in a manageable
manner. In addition to this, it has been identified that work break structure allows entity to

of project is as per according to the expectation of its stakeholders as it allows them to fulfil
project goals and objectives with great effectiveness and higher quality (Burga, Leblanc and

In context with present project scenario a music concert is going to be organised by
Thalassaemia Service group and Camden Sickle Cell. In this project manager is required to fulfil
expectations of consumer which is seen to be relatively high, as in this music event leading event
companies are duly involved. Further according to the evaluation this has been evaluated the
expectation of customers are relatively high in context with food quality, proper sanitized
environment, attractive costumers, high security measures, best photography spots and other. In
this it is important for project management assure that the attendees of project get served in an
effective manner according to their expectation. This will not only increase success of this music
event but who also attracts futuristic growth opportunities for event organisers. However it has
been evaluated in this music event organisers planning to attract attention of customers while
offering them exotic drinks and beverages, Italian and Mexican food, attractive costumers and
best photography spots.

Project methodology is a combination of different procedures, techniques, methods,
practices, processes and rules. It has been underlined that methodologies are basically a specific
as well as strict in nature along with this it mainly includes formative set of activities, steps and
series for every phase of a project life cycle (Munro and Ika, 2020). This makes a project
management to emphasise upon project methodology in an efficient manner as to accomplish
desirable project goals with more effectiveness. In context with present case scenario of music
event which is subjected to be organised by Thalassaemia Service Group and Camden Sickle
Cell in a collaborative manner it is essential for project management to undertake use of critical
path method. With the assistance of this project manager can be further able to deliver their work
in accurate timely manner. With the help of this methodology all the activities and functioning
can be accomplished in a systematic manner. Furthermore, it has been evaluated by undertaking
help of mapping project all the activities can be scheduled and can further accomplished through
which unnecessary wastage of time and resources can also be saved. However this aspect mainly
has a limitation that states that in order to conduct effective scheduling of functions of project
more time is required to be invested. With the help of this methodology project can be fulfilled
