INTRODUCTION
This project is designed to provide information related to company and an overview of
project which is going to be delivered. The project identifies the business problem and briefly set
it in context of target audience, competition and Market. It also covers requirements, skills,
expertise and experience of team members. The project is based on London School of Science
and Technology; it is a learning organisation which provides outstanding academic professionals
services to Students. The institute is privately managed having four campuses Wembley,
Elephant & Castle, Luton and Aston. It provides course of business and management, Health and
Social care, IT and Computing courses to 4000 students at present. The Vision of organisation is
to support individuals of all backgrounds, abilities and aspirations in order to fulfil their potential
through learning, achievement and progression. Mission of Institute is to be recognised as a
leading provider of further and higher education that is inclusive, inspiring and free from barriers
to learning. The values which they offer to their students and staff members are Transparency,
accountability, integrity, professionalism and excellence. The new entrant brings heavy
competition in market in respect of qualified staff, it is the problem which London School of
Science and Technology is facing, they are looking for a professional specialist by focusing on
qualification aiming at ACCA or CIMA.
Business Problem
The business problem which London School of Science and Technology is facing currently
is shortage of qualified academic staff to deliver ACCA or CIMA professional qualification to
students by developing a framework including hygienic and motivating factors in Place. The
College has also requested to Human resource department to hire a qualified academic staff to
deliver these specialist professional qualifications to their students. These two courses may help
university and Students to gain advantage, college can avail benefit of remaining competitive in
Market by providing high level of course whereas students can grab the opportunity of learning
new things and gaining extra knowledge from these courses. So, recently they have decided to
increase its course portfolio and introduce in the next academic year professional specialist
qualifications that are relevant in the accounting and financial management sector. ACCA is a
course which is formed in 1904; it offers the chartered certificate accountant qualification in
various countries. ACCA stands for Association of Chartered Certified Accountant which helps
