INTRODUCTION Consultant to businessis the activity of planning, managing, implementing and education of different courses that relates to syllabus and supports to complete the study in certain period of time. Each individual needs to have skills and abilities to work as it supports to manage all activities. The current report is based on case study of LSST which is a London based college specialization in science and technology (Franco, Cárdenas and et.al., 2021). The college is facing the issue of recruitment due to lack of marketing and awareness between students. The HR department will resolve issue with the help of IT department as use of digital marketing channel for creating awareness and maintaining good performance. The reporthighlight evaluation of collected data regarding client, problem which is facing, optimum solution that supports to run their functions. MAIN BODY Background of the Client LSST is the main client of current study thatcould be explained toLondon School of Science and Technology that provideshigher studies along with four campuses to their students. The students who learns from this college gain different kind of knowledge ansattainmentwhich are used totranslatethe problem and solve it effectively. In this college more than 4000 students are reading for improving their learning capacity and functions. This is taking part in many courses which could be affect the students and help to build their career (Burgos, Lavado, Huamán and Muñoz, 2021). The LSST is the larger size industry where number of students reads regularly, and develop their knowledge as well as skills to complete any study. The LSST is facing the major issue that relates to HRM and IT such as recruitment of students became more saturated which affected the productivity and profitability negatively. This is essential for Human resource department to understand this issues and put their efforts to resolve it. In other words, this is an opportunity forHR and IT department to use their skills and ability optimally in resolving issues and participate in growth of college.

Segmentation Segmentation is the effective business model which is used by business concern to break the marketplace into sub segment for the purpose of meeting target audience. The segmentation involves whole marketplace where number of people or students take part to enhance their skills as well as abilities to work. This has been divided into Geographic, demographic, psycho graphic, and behavioral. Geographic – LSST consider multiple places and campuses to provide the education to their students (Thompson, 2018). Demographic – The college mainly focuses over age group of students who have completed their under graduation. . Psycho graphic – This also involves student's behavior and provide distance learning courses which can help to increase the number of students and maintain higher performance. Target customer market A target market isdelimitedas group of people who have collected to get satisfaction after filling their needs and wants. It has seen that there are different needs and wants of people who have entered in market for the purpose of buying particular services. In relation to LSST, targeted customers are student between the age of 18- 30 as they have completed their under graduation and looking for higher studies for the purpose of building their career. The college is going to provide different type of learning courses in various field that would help to attarct the people and encouraged to take admission (Lafortune, Riutort and Tessada, 2018). SWOT Analysis The strength of LSST is having higher reputation in external community, having larger size and structure. This also provides many campuses to their students by creating safe environment.Theweaknessislackofrecruitment,havingmorecollegewhichcreates competition, and less focus that create challenges. The opportunity of selected college is use of digital marketing and tool to reach the needed students, using virtual learning classes and bringing new courses that influences students. The threats are higher budget, development of another university area, and changing in government regulation that could bound the people.
Competitor analysis To operate a business and college there is need to analysis the competitor as it states what kind of services and products should be provided by management to increase more productivity. If there is less competition then could be opportunity for organization to regulate their business effectively.IncaseofLSST,maincompetitorareTransactorGlobalSolutionsLimited, Luntstone Limited, and FSB (Kirillov, Wu, He, and Girshick, 2020). Positioning LSST will gain higher position in education industry as HR department will resolve recruitment issue by increasing or recruiting more students. Factors that relates to client's problem LSST faced the HRM and IT relates issue that affected the productivity and performance negatively. The another issue is Covid-19 due to which all colleges has been closed and providing digital or online classes. The students are not interested to get online classes that reduce profitability (Voigtlaender and et.al., 2019). Use of PEST analysis to analyze three factors PESTLE analysis refers to model used by individualand business concern for the intention ofmanaging all functions and activities. This involves political, economical, social, legal, technological, and environmental. By considering political, government has changed the education policies and other regulation due to which students from different country are not allowed to remote that affected the LSST negatively. To look social factor, buying behavior of students regarding admission in LSST is changing as they are not interested to get online classes resulting less number of students. To consider economical factor, inflation rate of UK has been decreased due to Brexit that reduced the fee structure of LSST could help to develop business performance by increasing number of students.Under technological factor, use of innovation, digital channel, and online classes are used by LSST for the purpose of continuing their learning classes that impacted positively and supported to increase the business activities. All legal policies such as health and safety, data protection, employment laws and other are followed by company that can help to operate the functions regularly. Moreover, contribution in CSR activities, and minimum waste have been followed by college that supported to operate the
business and maintain the higher performance. This also bring changes in their existing performance that could support more effectively (Stroh, 2019). Recommendation Each organization aims to operate their business successfully by bringing change and managing all functions effectively. Having good knowledge and skills regarding particular topic could be opportunity for business industry to regulate their business. It has seen that recruitment is the major task for each organization, college and other places as it supports to maintain day by day operation. In case of LSST, recruitment issue can be resolved by HR department as it analysis needs and work with IT department for the purpose of conducting online interview round and select the students for increasing their learning students. Moreover, IT department is used to promoting the brand or college for higher education in competitive environment as it increase its learning method as well as courses that influence people and pressure to make buying decisions. The college should also provide career opportunities to their students which supports to manage all functions and activities effectively. The HR department resolve the issue by adopting changes and providing training to its staff for improving learning methods (Kirillov, Wu, He, and Girshick, 2020). Conclusion The above report has been terminated that business advising is the era of study which has been conducted by an individual for the purpose of understanding topic and increasing their knowledge. The main objective behind research is to bring more insights about given topic and share their option with others for taking right action. To managing and arranging business activities there is need to have continuous focus as it helps to identify the problem which might be rise while working and also affect the organizational productivity. In current research, college has faced the problem of less recruitment of student within Covid period and lack of awareness between students where use of digital classes and technology helped to management to resolve their issue and increase the number of students. This has supported to develop the business productivity and profitability by managing all functions and activities effectively.
