INTRODUCTION
Business consulting define as an effective activity in order to provide professional

report,Volkswagen and Toyota Motor Corporation is chosen as the base organization. It is the

The main problem faced by Toyota is related with the recall which is done by companies.
For example, if there is any kind of issues faced by customers in the cars or products offered by
company they directly call them and fill them complain. Then the company take the car back and
make alteration according the requirements (Vilasis, 2016). If company having large number of
recalls it might affect their overall goodwill which lead towards the increment in competition
level. This as a result rise in the level of competition and reduces the profitability as well as sales
of the company in a negative manner.
