EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Present report is based upon LSSD which is one of the famous colleges of United
Kingdom. The report focuses upon the analysis of problems that are faced by the college so that
effective solutions for proper execution of future operations could be formulated. In order to
analyse the problems different aspects are analysed which are market, targeted customers and
competitors. In order to analyse the level of competition competitor analysis is also conducted.
The main problems that are faced by the organisation are feeling of isolation, discipline and
support from government. In order to deal with all of them the organisation is recommended to
formulate effective policies for getting support of government, conducting outdoor activities and
improving discipline within the campuses.
