It is the research report which is based on a client project. The client in this research is
the reason college London where they are facing problem in their project of creating a
learning environment for the students with the motive to develop good habits, mind set and
discipline so that they can become the winner in all areas of life (Bruhn, Karlan and Schoar,
2018). This report will cover the problem faced by the client and the critical analysis of
important elements which and necessary to analyse their problem. This report also included
the competitors, influencing factors from the external environment and the target customer
market which provide an impact on the client's problem.

In this report, the client is the regent College London that focuses on creating a
learning environment for their students which have the main motive to develop some
discipline, mind set and good habits in order to become a winner in all areas of life. For that
purpose, their focus on developing is creating a program which helps students to achieve
success and growth in life. It is very important for them to create awareness of the good
habits as it results in developing a good lifestyle (Nabijonov and Kholbutaeva, 2022). They
provided a motive to the project which is thinking into character. It is identified that they are
facing a problem to execute their motive in practical life because developing discipline and
good habits in the students is not an easy task. They faced the problem of higher people in
order to complete this program. It is also identified that allocation of human resources is
found to be very difficult for the organisation because it is necessary for the university that
the teacher should be an expert.

It is very important to analyse the client's problem in more detail which can be

analysis which helps to give an overview view of external factors which may be provided an
impact on the client's problem and helps to analyse the problem with more detail

colleges and it becomes very important for the regent college to do something special
which makes them different from other colleges.
