Introduction
It is very essential for every business to analyse their problems and issues effectively so
that they will take actions against it and make it correct. Consultancy is the practice of giving
expert advice to a particular issues to an individual, group of individual or to a firm (Lawrence,
2019). The problems and issues of a firm can be identified by analysing internal and external
environment and how they impacted upon their business strategies. The following report covers
the self analysis of the skills which is developed as a result of project, difference between
knowledge which having before and after the completion of project, level of confidence
improved and ways of using learning in future career. This report also covers three skill gaps
which will help in building good professional career.
Task 1
Which skills have you developed and/or enhanced as a result of the project?
I have observed that I am facing the issue related to online and distance learning because
it is tough for me to read and learn about my academic subjects through online due to many
reasons. First of the most common issue which I have faced in online learning is that I am
lacking behind to gain appropriate interest in online classes and various technical issues also
occur which distract me in my learnings like low speed of internet, technical error in laptops and
many others. Hence, I have decided to mitigate my issues and develop few of the skills which
will help me to solve my problem from its root. I have developed communication skill through
attending online classes where I suppose to interact with my teachers and classmate.
Communication skill does not mean only speaking and conveying own message to others but it
also mean to listen carefully what others are saying and respond them effectively. Secondly, I
have also learn observation skill by attending online classes where I have to observe well and
analyse the things effectively. I have also learn technical skill where I have to operate my PC and
laptop and resolve all technical issues as soon as possible.
What do you know now that you didn’t know at the start of the process?
At the starting, I was unaware about the benefits of online classes life it's power to
increase focus and motivation. Before online classes I thought that everything I will found in my
books and bookish learning is the best. But it is not true, I have learn that a student can
understand the concept even on online classes by various ways like videos, virtual reality
