INTRODUCTION
Academic skills are defined as habits and talents that benefit students to build skills and
competencies such as learning, report writing, research, and presentation (Ahmad and Hameed,
2021). It includes communication analysis, studying, planning, technical skills extra which help
them to fulfill their goals and objective. The report discusses the key university services provided
as support to students.
MAIN BODY
University is full of opportunities where several support has been duly provided to students
which helps in building their career perspectives. From the reflective analysis it has been
underlined that to develop skills, knowledge, and competencies of students there are several
sources of support that are being provided as key university services which significantly help
students to successfully pursue their higher education. In addition to this, it has been underlined
that effective skills such as a manual to use the library and electronic sources is one of the key
services that is being provided by University to students support. It effectively plays an essential
role for students, as it allows them to be familiar with electronic resources which helps them to
maximize their knowledge and skill level. In addition to this, the other efficient services that

have been provided by University are planning and note-taking. It has been identified that this
support effectively plays effective and beneficial for students through which one can successfully
pursue their higher education. It has been identified that it will help students be alert and
involved without facing issues like a distraction (Jibril, 2021). This with the help of developing
this skill with the help of support that has been provided by University students can engage their
minds and can effectively emphasize and organize information in a well defined and effective
manner. Furthermore, the main aim behind providing this support to students is that through this
support University aims to develop students by creating condensed records for study which will
help them to pay attention and focus in class. With the help of these skills, students can
understand and remember information later. This will not only play students an important role in
their personal life but also assist them to conduct professional roles and responsibilities in a well-
defined and effective manner.
Along with this, it has been identified that building a bibliography and techniques to avoid
plagiarism is duly included among key university services that they will offer to students to
encourage them to successfully pursue their higher education. It has been identified that with
help of building knowledge and understanding on avoiding plagiarism students can work
ethically. With the help of this university aim towards increasing support which is provided to
students on strategies to avoid plagiarism. In this university key resources include handbook
warnings, writing tutorials along with dire consequences and policies (McGrath, 2021). It has
been underlined that universities will also provide support to students in terms of making them
practice paraphrasing, providing proper in-text citation support, making them learn about sources
before using them, and in an effective manner.
With the help of undertaking advantage of these key university services such as the use of
the library and electronic resources, proper planning to initiate the study, undertaking the use of
note-taking, building a bibliography, and avoiding plagiarism one can effectively pursue their
higher education. All these skills and support are essential for students to have information to
meet their needs and demands. Furthermore, it has been underlined that communication skills
associated to report writing in essay writing are also among the university services, along with
the proper delivering presentations and being a successful participant in classrooms, online
discussion, and debate (Yu, 2021). This support will be effectively provided by University to

Along with that, I underlined that the University will also provide support to students in terms of
the manner to successfully manage time as well as stress which is one of the most effective
features of this module. Providing support to students in managing time and stress is one of the
most important elements for students that will successfully help them to pursue higher education.
Students have to undertake various activities to build themselves in this the help of effective time
and stress management as a key university as support service they can effectively develop
themselves.
Furthermore, it has been evaluated by me that with the help of using and advantage of these
opportunities students tend to develop their skills and knowledge which will effectively allow
them to engage in collaborative working, as with help of taking support of University and
conducting their roles and responsibility one can manage the transition to the university life and
can overcome the challenges that might affect their growth and development and higher
education. There are several benefits and challenges of being a University student. In this, it has
been identified that the major benefit is associated with undertaking many opportunities and
support that has been provided by University (Sedghi, 2021). This will help students to develop
themselves in both a personal and professional manner. While in context with challenges it has
been identified that to be in a University student is required to engage in a lot of activities which
automatically create complexity in their life.
CONCLUSION
As per the above-mentioned analysis, it has been identified that to successfully pursue higher
education students need to undertake advantage of opportunities and support that is being
provided by universities to students. This with the help of taking use of Bibliography,

career.
