Organisational Analysis-Review
I worked for called Mortha Halls of ivy which was established in 2013 it gives
education Dudley UK provides both online and on-campus education. Mortha Halls of ivy is
a privileged provider of professional courses including business management, hospital health,
and social care or it. The organization work with recognized awarding bodies in the UK
which provide qualification to the learner. It is fact that today all courses need updated
knowledge and relevant skill which help cope with the neocortical world (Dogan, Terragni
and Raustøl, 2021). The organization is a privilege for specialist knowledge and design
needed qualifications. The qualification is to nurture an individual career path. Mortha Halls
of ivy is a born global private organization that provides vocational and professional courses
for an individual career. The organization allows them to take to meet the real world it is a
highly reliable education provider. The organization aims to give courses effective and
economic study to their learners. The organization gives comprehensive and extensive
modules for fast-tracking. Mortha Halls of ivy is a big organization where many employees
work. Various people in the organization run the organization including Director, lecturer
administrator, support officer, assessor, and internal verifier, manager, marketing educative.
These are people are working in the Mortha Halls of ivy.
All people are coordinated and work hard for their organization because this
organization is a global perspective of business operations so the director of the college
doctor Dharmendra Mortha stands highly successful business leader and visionary. It gives
corporate success in the domestic and international markets. Another name of program leader
is Adrian Barbu who gives a lecture on commerce, Business, and Management. The
organization is big so various employee is working in this organization. Each member has a
different skill. All employees in the organization well coordinate the staff are well
coordinated if some problem arises so that everyone works together (Ross, Ta and Grieve,
2019). The organization makes the strategy for organization success make strategic planning
according to the requirement. Make internally organization make internally all departments
all activity in the organization. Department every department task on time they coordinated
with external collages and government also. Make rules according to the Student welfare so
that organizations make a department where some people coordinated with the external
affairs. Equal opposite to their learner there is no description discrimination in organization
