The professional developments are the set of resources, instructions and
tools to improve the teaching quality and effectiveness of teaching. Such helpful
resources help them in getting the knowledge of subject specification and the
subject area which gives an opportunity to learn new skills and enhancing the
knowledge. An approach to the professional development includes reviewing of
the case studies, coaching and consultation, monitoring and technical assistance.
The definition of personal development
The personal development is a kind of lifelong process. It is one of the
way in which people access the skills and development, considering various
ways in life and set different goals to achieve something better. It helps in
identifying various skills which needs to set the life goals and enhance the
employability, raise confidence and believing in higher quality of life.
Value of short term goals with 3 personal examples
A short term goals are something which are only made for the shorter
period of time. The near future can be symbolized in short term goals and it can
be week, or a year, or month.
The three personal examples of short term goals includes
 Class of any Economics which is of 1 hour daily.
 Buying a television
 Making a resume
Value of long term goals with 3 personal examples
A long term goals are something which are for the longer duration of
time. Long term goals require planning and procedure for the best success to be
getting after the goals will achieve.
The three personal examples of long term goals includes
 Retirement savings
 Running an organisation by own

 Schooling for more than 8 years in a single school
Value of middle term goals with 3 personal examples
They are such type of goals that tends to serve the purpose of the long term of goals.
Medium term goals can be said to be the ones which are supposed to be accomplished in a
time span of 1-3 years.
Examples:-
 A graduation degree of three long yeas.
 Learning a new skills and art of narration from a good reputed place.
 To purchase a house.
Value of Personal Development Plan with example
The personal development plan is seems out to be a written document that has some sort of
measures and actions which are taken by the individuals for carrying improvement on the basis of
existing skills and competences of a person. Personal Development Plan is the written
documentation containing the actions and measures that are taken by an individual for carrying out
improvement within the existing skills and competences of a person.

Effect of ‘Author, Purpose, Reliability and
Relevance’ on use of a source
A source is outside information which has been sought out. Using sources
to support and emphasizing a point you have been made, the ideas rather than
research is being made.
Author: Students and educators needs to know about the author or publishers or
sponsor so that it will give more clarity and knowledge of the articles.
Purpose: The purpose and objectives of the sources helps the students and
objectives to get what they are looking for. When looking for the purpose,
informing, teaching, entertaining and selling are the clear intentions of the
authors written over it.
Reliability: A reliable source is seems out to be a well- reasoned theory and
argumentative discussions.
Relevance: When looking at the sources, the information relevancy gives a
major impact on the research endeavor. More importantly, the references of the
authors should focus on the audiences.
