1. Introduction
The report is a discussion over personal and professional development planning and it is
prepared by the writer as a reflective statement, where the writer goes on discussing
about personal goals of life and personal experiences and opinions related to those goals.
The discussion in the report is divided in many headings and each heading has its own
content to mention and its weightage of discussion as well. Elaboration in this report is
mentioned about concept of personal and professional development, different type od
goals that writer is seeking to achieve in life and the value of this type of planning in the
life of writer.
2. Definition of the concept of personal and professional development
Studying the concept of Personal and Professional development, it can be said that this
plan is actually meant of the one individual that is preparing the plan itself. Like other
planning that are involved in of, like something that an manager makes the planning of
any function or activity of company, or a manager makes planning to satisfy any goals
and objectives in the organization, the personal and professional development plan is not
like that at all (Ekaterine and Natalia, 2017). This is a planning that is completely meant
for an individual person and it only derives the benefit to that person, who is intending to
make a plan and willing to execute that as well. Now understanding than what range and
what type of planning is involved in this personal and professional development plan, tan
it can be regarded as totally personal. In this concept, an individual plan to list, prioritize
and develop the manner in which certain qualities and abilities will be built by that
individual in oneself, that will help that person to grow and become the person of choice.
This plan layout that manner in which individual will be achieving various goals of life,
However, it is very different from general manner in which people are seen trying to
achieve their goals, in simple life, because with the help of this plan they actually try to
cultivate every single quality in well planned and well established manner, purely
according in that manner, which if executed correctly, shall render 100% results to the
individual. By looking at the name of plan itself, that under such type of planning an
