Concept of personal and professional development
Personal and professional development is termed as a form of procedure that an individual
undertakes on regular basis. Main aim of personal and professional development is to make
enhancement in skills, knowledge, learning or capabilities of an individual. With the help of this
process a person can assure their continuous growth as well as learning in a well defined and
effective manner. In addition to this it has been identified that it is essential for an individual to
continuously engage in the process of learning as it is one of the most important aspects through
which individual can not only ensure its personal but can also assure professional growth in a
simultaneous manner and can further gain short as well as long-term benefits.
Value of short term goals with 3 personal examples
According to the analysis short term goals are those objectives that can be accomplished by
an individual in short span of time. These are the targets that an individual undertake in order to
make development in their personal and professional skill. Through these goals a person can
enhance their competencies as well as expertise in a short span of time namely in a month, year
