TASK 2 Instruction of playing the game The user must download the game from specific application or webpage where the game can be downloaded in authorised manner. The users must enter the game with filling their personal details, such as name, age and mail ID. This will help in creating a new players account trough which own performance and achievement can be analysed. After saving all required information, the users/ players must save their details in the game in order to save all the information otherwise it will be lost from the starting. The users must not change nay default settings, as this can affect the progress and ability to play game in continuity. Do not directly exit form the game, as this will lead to loss and failure in saving the latest update and progress in the game. All users must carefully read the instructions and follow them in order to achieve and maintain the progress in the game. Users are warned to never rely on findings which arise from infringement in functioning and must always restart the game by clicking on refresh option from the start. Importance of academic integrity in university The importance of academic integrity in the university are discussed below: Protects reputation- By maintaining the academic integrity, it will help in maintaining the reputation and brand image of the university and game developer. This ensures that the data which has been gathered has been collected through reliable sources which defines relevant and appropriate information (Burgun, 2015). By using the reliable and authentic sources for gathering information by the game developer, it will help in safeguarding the image and reputation of game developer and overall organisation. Ensures reliability of data-The data which has been collected from authentic source define the reliability and relevance of the data that has been used for developing a game. This ensure that all information collected in order to design a game defines the reliability and accuracy of data and information. With the help of using reliable source of data, it will define the reliable source used by the game developer for the achievement of the
objectives. By using reliable source to gather the data, it defines that the information which has been quoted, used and provided by the game developer is authentic and reliable. Reflects morals and values of individuals- By following all the rules and protocols to avoid plagiarism, this will define the integrity, morals and values of individuals. The information which has been used from the reliable data sources defines the morals and ethics which are followed by the game developer and the organisation as well. Consistent and trustworthy standards- By using the reliable data sources, it will be helpful in acknowledging the consistent and trustworthy standards which are followed by the game developer while designing the game (Moore, 2016). This defines the protocols and standards which are followed by the developer while designing the game. Reflection There are several skills which supported in developing the game, some of my personal skills are discussed below: Communication skills- The communication skills supported me interacting with other players which supported me in designing the game effectively. In order to create a user friendly game, I constantly interacted with multiple users which supported me in enhancing my communication skills. Technological skills- While developing the game, it supported me in enhancing my technical skills by regularly learning and gathering new knowledge regarding the tools, techniques and applications. With the help of aligning my technical knowledge, it supported me in developing a user friendly game through which many users and players can be attracted. Creativity- While creating the game, I focused on using my innovative ideas through which I can attract more users and enhance the engagement for the game. The creative approach supported me in designing a user friendly game that can attract numerous users. The creativity has been one of the source for designing an innovative and user friendly game (Waern and Back, 2015).As my passion towards designing the game derived my creativity while designing the game. By designing the game, with the help of using various languages, it supported me in gathering more knowledge regarding the programming. Wide range of knowledge of gaming trends- As before designing the game, it strategically collected and gathered the information which was helpful inunderstanding the current gaming trends which was helpful in designing a user friendly game through which more users can be attracted and the popularity of the game can be increased.
