2) Moodle-
Moodle is an IT solution which is being used in many realms in order to take technological
advantages. The best model or method which is used to develop Moodle is known as ADDIE.
Microsoft SQL, MariaDB and Oracle are some of those methods or models which are used to
develop Moodle by organizations (Mpungose, 2020)
4) MS office-
MS office represents a wide range of services or tools which are used to ease various tasks. There
are multiple methods or models which are being used in order to develop and design MS office. The
best model which is being used is known as Visual C# and Visual basics. These tools are highly
used due to the betterment and ease they offer (Ismatovna, 2021)

DSS-
This is a computer programme which is known as Decision support tool. It can be defined as a tool
or system which makes the task of making decision simpler and also helps in technical manner so
can make fast and rational decision. In the present scenario the organizations are supposed to have
better competencies in term of decision making which can be made simpler by this tool (Lubis, and
Liza, 2020)
Example- GPS route planning and Data driven DSS tools are some examples of this tool.
ESS-
This can be defined as a type of management support system. The ESS or executive support system
is a computer based technology which gives better capability to the upper management so can make
access simply to the both internal and external information sets which are being used by
organization in order to make bigger of significant decisions.
For example- Confidential report system
and Speculative information system are the two most used examples of ESS (Park and Kang, 2022)
TPS-
Transaction processing system can be defined as a programme which is having both hardware and
software based hosting. This application is intended to perform the act of transactions. There are
range of organizational information which are supposed to get disseminated using sort of strong
platform. This application is helpful in performing those activities (Ying, 2019)
For example- Payroll system, and sales order entry system are those applications.
MIS-
Management information system is a well structured system which is used to manage information
of an organization in such a manner so can help the management in their process of making
decisions.

The management is having need of such system which brings all the key and rigorous sets of
information into their focus so can make decision appropriately. MIS is the best tool which
comprises these all features and paves the way to carry out decision making task simply.
For example- Group decision system (Tsamados, et. al. 2022)
Financial planning tool. These applications and tools are being used in order to install a fully
fledged MIS.
KSM-
In the present market scenario the organizations are supposed to manage their knowledge. There are
multiple sources of knowledge and the biggest issue comes is their management and ensuring
proper use so this course of action can be executed only if the organizations are having better KSM.
So it can be defined as a system which is used to manage, improve, understand, align, collaborate
with the set of information relevant to the organization. With the use of KSM an organization can
ensure better knowledge management.
For instance- Canva Knowledge base and Evernote base are those most significant tools are used
for KSM (West, Dyrbye and Shanafelt, 2018)

Globalization can be defined as a process of bringing all the nations and different markets together
in order to make them foster. In simple words, it is a notion reflects the understanding that sharing
of different beliefs, cultures, economy, ideas, people etc. can be deferred as globalization. With the
progress of time the word is getting changed and people are more likely to share their best practices
so can take maximum advantage of their position.
With this respect the globalization is that driving force leading and guiding these all elements to get
driven towards certain realm. Now the mode of business is also changed and organizations are more
likely to carry out their business across the world so the globalization is that force which is making
these all tasks simpler so can take maximum advantage of it (Frantzeskaki, 2019)
IT is that the most powerful force which is making globalization process faster, so these are the
most three effective impacts IT brings on globalization-
Made the process of sharing information faster- IT is that force which is paving the way forward for
globalization. It is not only bringing the world closer and ensuring faster globalization but also
driving them to have a common platform to share information. The flow of information is the most
significant aspect which is behind globalization. This flow of information is being channelized by
IT. So it would be highly fair to articulate that the IT is that factor which is handling flow of
information. It is eradicating that barrier and making people more inclined to share their ideas using
common platform.
Opens up different markets- Earlier it was not possible for the world or for any organization to carry
out its business across the world. But with the help of IT, now they are able to execute their
business operations across range of nations. They are freely conducted their business. Earlier this
process was not handy due to lack of proper interactions and the societies were very much
complicated. With the help of IT that mental barrier has been broken and now people are very much
free to allow other ideas into their realm. So it would not be an unfair statement to drow that the
market diaspora is getting expanded with the help of IT.
Hyper communication- the biggest role IT played in the filed of communication. Earlier the world
was not that much efficient in term of flow of information. It has created range of issues and kept

different markets and people isolated. But now with the help of IT, it is so much possible for people
they are interacting with each other and sharing their best practices making it more lucrative and
advantageous for all. There are some tools and applications, such as whats-app, Instagram,
Facebook etc which are playing the role of those common platforms where people are sharing their
ideas. These are being operated with the help of IT. The process of communication got revalued
with the help of IT and now people seating in different corners of the world can simply share their
ideas. It would be a justifiable argument that this is the reason that globalization process is being
carried out in a drastic manner.
Section-B
1) Internet-
Internet can be defined as a system or a network which connects the computer of the world and
brings them together at one platform. This system is an essential need of the world since it is paving
the way for globalization and hyper flow of information.
Internet is a global system which is having its great role on the computer networking. This can also
be defined as the thread which is being the connectivity of different computer systems located in
different corners of the world. For this world it is a key thing to have an electronic communication
system which enables them to have different types of communications using single platform this
course of action can be only ensured by internet (Walter, 2021)
Advantages-
1) Information flow- The biggest advantage of the internet is the flow it gives to the
information flow. It was not earlier to make the information that much faster but with the
help of internet now it is so handy to ensure a faster flow of information.
2) Flow of funds- Now with the globalization phase, the organizations and people are more
inclined to carry out transaction cross border. It can only be carried out with the help of
internet. There are number of such applications and tools which are being used to make the
funds flow freely and they are being governed by Internet.
3) Business- the biggest advantage or should be called the most lucrative advantage of internet
is its ability to make the global business work simpler. Now for people it is so handy to
carry out their business across the border.
4) Global connectivity- There is always a need to have proper connectivity. Which has been
sharpened by intent. Now for people or organizations it is controllable task to ensure proper
connectivity. Internet is behind this radical reform.
Disadvantages-
1) Unemployment- It is seen that the organizations are more depended on internet to perform
their business activities. It is shifting the list of priority. At the same time due to over
dependency on digital tools people are losing their jobs.
2) Miscommunication- This is another issue, that intent is driving faster flow of information at
the same time, in this faster flow misinformation are also taking place and people are getting
misled.
3) Data threat- The data of organizations is very prominent thing but if proper security is not
there then due to internet they may lose it or may be grabbed by some undesired hands.
4) Spam- This can be defined as a technical issue which takes place due to use of internet. The
organizations are more depended on internet so may be victim of such Spam.

2) Cloud services-
With the progress of time there are number of IT-infrastructures are coming into market. One of the
best instance is Cloud services. This is being used with the help of internet. It can be defined as a
system which helps organizations in many ways. For instance servers, database related services,
software related advancements, networking etc. cloud services are being used by different
stakeholders in order to fulfil their different needs (Borangiu, et. al. 2019)
The needs can not be rejected that the organizations are having sort of requirement of performing
various tasks such as data storage, data sharing or file sharing, backing up their data. Without
performing these things the business can not be carried out and organizations may lose their
efficiency.
As the progress of internet the growth has been also experienced in the field and cloud services and
now it is offering range of services to the organizations pertaining to their field. There are some key
organizations which are providing cloud services. Such as Amazon web services, IBM cloud,
Microsoft Azure, Alibaba cloud etc.
these are giving different types of facilities to their customers in order to enhance their business and
their data management related requirements.
Advantages-
1) Reduction in IT-cost- Now there are number of Cloud services are available and
organizations are availing it to carry out their business in more efficient manner. It is
reducing their overall cost but most significantly their IT-cost is coming down.
2) Flexibility- this fact can not be rejected that the data management task is now more flexible
with the hep of cloud services.
3) Business advantages- Cloud services are helping to carry out business in more efficient
manner. Since some key things like data storage, data flow, data management etc. are being
delivers by it.
4) Supporting environment- Earlier it was not that much simple for organizations but with the
help of cloud services they may install better business environment.
Disadvantage-
1. data lose- if cloud services are used then there is a threat of losing data. If there is any
technical failure then this problem may take place.
2. Data theft- By using some tools and application some unwanted hands may approach the
data and can also misuse it. If is often seen that such types of services are not as much
secured as they are supposed to be (Kumar and Bawa, 2020)
3. Technological denial- It has been seen that if such technological are used then employees
may deny accepting or abiding with it which may cause some issues to the organizations.
4. Not highly reliable- If any organization or any person is striving to have cloud services for
its confidential things then it is not supposed to be highly reliable, and they may lose their
belief on it.
