TASK – 2 1. Provide example of one digital infrastructure along with its definition, advantages and disadvantages. Communication satellite Communication satellite is as channel of communication though which the satellite sends the information and the receiver receives on earth(Liu, Xiong and Han, 2022). It is not possible to watch television or connect over phone call without the help of communication satellite. The wide range of area could be covered with the help of communication satellite. The power of any country is also being decided by the amount of satellite they have with them. Advantages The communication satellite is the cheaper form of communication tool to communicate with the long distance area. The services provided by the communication satellite are provided uniformly. After sending the satellite for a single time, the benefit could be availed for the longer duration of timeframe. It is easy to maintain the functioning of the satellite from the ground station. Disadvantages The cost incurred at the time of the development and designing of the satellite is very high. The risk of successful launch of the satellite is high. Due to some uncertain weather, the connection becomes weak and chances of signal lost are high. The satellite is to be monitored continuously in order to evaluate it’s performance. 2. Provide second example of digital infrastructure along with its definition, advantages and disadvantages. Mobile Telecommunication Mobile telecommunication is the services thorough which an individual can connect with other individual over call without the use to landline connecting(Wang, Ou and Chen, 2019). The wireless communication could be take place with the use of mobile telecommunication. Advantages An individual do not required any wire connection in order to communicate with each other. 7of9

The wide range of area could be covered and communicated flexibly. It is easy to avail the facility of mobile communication. The cost required to use the mobile communication is very nominal. Disadvantages The chances of hacking increased due to wireless support. One time installation cost of mobile communication is huge. The speed of transmission is less in wireless system. Jamming could be take place with the use to wireless mobile communication. CONCLUSION From the above file it can be concluded that, where the data is collected is considered as information system. The theories, methods and tools used by the company in order to design and development are discussed. With this the support system used by the company for its smooth functioning is also being discussed. Impact of globalisation on IT industry is results in increasing the productivity and reducing cost. The digital infrastructure tools like mobile communication and communication satellite is also being discussed. REFERENCES Alaeirad, M., Ashrafganjouei, F. and Sajadi, H., 2021.
