Body shaming creates high negative impact on teenagers and young adults. This is the one
which can lead to create different health related issues and mental health related problem within
teenagers or young adults. There are many problems which has been faced by teenagers where
they need to get over through the impact on body shaming. In this, teenagers face different
problems like getting humiliated due to their body image, facing eating disorder to maintain the
effective body posture which society expect from them, feeling withdrawn and don’t like to get
any type social interaction, mental health impact and many more. Teenagers are the one who are
very conscious about their body image which is one of the effective factor that can lead to create
high impact on dealing with different problem that are related with their body shape and body
image. Body shaming create high negative impact on individual mental health. This create higher
level of effect on dealing with different health related issues that causes different problems.
These problem should be addressed effective that can have high positive impact on teenagers and
help them to get better and effective lifestyle (Gam and et. al., 2020). There are large number of
populating who get bullied due to their body shape and body image. This includes to lead mental
health impact and create psychological impact on many teenagers and young adults. Teenagers
are sensitive about their body image and they have the perception that when they look good and
having better shape or body image then they can get popular than others and get respect in
society and within peers. This influence them to take too much care about their diet which leads
to create the impact of getting eating disorder. There are many high impact of getting too much
care about their health that can lead to create high negative health impact on their mind-set.
Eating disorder is one of the health related issues which are developed with teenagers and young
adults. This is the one which create the mind-set about their diet which should be in minimum
proportion to take care about their health and body image. Here, eating disorder lead to create
high negative health impact and also may lead to lower body weight which have higher risk of
getting different health related consequences like getting weak, less digestion and other
physiological impact. Social media have also main role that influence teenagers to possess good
body shape and image. This is regarding models which they like to follow and want to look like
them. social media influence teenagers and young adults to achieve good health and make them
conscious regarding taking proper and healthy diet. Teenagers or young adults who are not
