INTRODUCTION Ethics refers to the discipline which is carried by the employees if they are engaging their interest at work place and also had to provide accurate services to retain the interest of customer towards the business. Ethics is related to the values and norms which is maintained by the person during attaining any task (Hassan, Shiu and Shaw, 2016). Thus, ethics reflects the standards and belief which carries to be good and bad depends upon the stability and integrity of the business to sustain in market for longer way. In this report, the case study is based upon the Boeing business in which the matters is discussed relating to facing severer software issues which results in having aircraft crashes. In this case, business is facing trust issues from the people regarding having continuous technical problems and also the major tagline which is imposed on business is relating to focusing more on profits instead on managing the safety of the people. In the aviation industry, lot of competitors are entered into the market regarding providing better services with low pricing. Thus, it is necessary to maintain the reputation and goodwill of the business so that they can attract the customer interest towards the business for longer time period. It is necessary to maintain reputation so that customer can avail the services in larger way and also promote the business through getting innovative benefits and offer by marketing the services of the Boeing business (Buchanan, 2019). By examining this study, the main aim which is identified from this report is that through the software issues, company is losing its customer and also not focusing on retaining their interest for longer way. The main aim of presenting this report, is to identifying the techniques or strategies which is used by the Boeing business to regain the interest of customer through providing the effective services. ANALYSIS The aim of this report is to identify that the Boeing business is working in ethical way or if they are working under unethical way, they carry the chances to operate the business into different countries. Unethical behavior By examining the unethical behavior which is undertaken by Boring business is relating to firstly telling lies to the customer regarding not accepting the failure of the software which is undertaken in aircraft. By reflecting this point, they not carry the liability to operate the business into different countries as they are not presenting the truth to the customer regarding the actual working condition attaining in aircraft (Wilson, 2018). Communicate effectively: In relation to maintain ethics at work place, it is necessary that communication must be done in right manner so that accurate details and company expansion polices are to be communicate to employee. In case of Boeing business, the communication must be undertaken between the various department such as technical, finance, marketing and HR department to coordinate each and every information in right manner (Shoemaker, 2018). But the Boeing business carry the business in unethical way in respect of not following the government norms in better manner. It is also discussed that following ethical standards are examined which helps the company in building the strong base for the customer and employees to regain their reputation and goodwill in better way. It is also stated that following factors are interpreted which results in affecting the reputation of the business such as factors relating to lack of coordination between the department or also not motivating the employees to resolve the software issues which the company are facing. Thus, through this
aspects, it is also discussed that various factors are to be recommended in respect of improving the condition of Boeing business. RECOMMENDATION By viewing the condition of the Boeing business, following points are to be recommended to the business such as in case of: Appointing expertise person to design the software. As employees of the company are recommending the same changes or making minute changes to resolve the previous issues. But by reviewing the condition of the Boeing business, they needed the expertise person who can bring innovative ideas and design to implement the software in unique way (Neff, 2017). Thus, through recruiting the expertise person at work place resulting in enhancing the reputation of the business at larger way. It also refers to working under the ethical standards in relation to not cutting any employees salary or terminate any person, instead of appointing the experienced person to handle the task in right manner. Before accepting any products from the supplier, it is necessary to check the products quality by sending it to quality check centers. Through this manner, they can use the aircraft after reducing all the errors which is faced by company during the trail of the aircraft.Itcarriestobe one of theethicalstandardswhichiscarriedby the organization before any products from the suppliers. In relation to sustain the interest of the customer for longer time period, it is necessary to take feedback from the customer, once they avail the services. After taking feedback from the customer, it helps company to plan the changes in right manner and also adapt the customer reviews in the business. Through this manner, the customer interest are regained and also enhances the company reputation in larger way.
