implementation of Ecommerce website and Mobile app for Book House Ltd.
The CEO of the Book House Ltd Mrs Sally Furgerson has actively maintained her
interest in projects just not by attending the steering committee meetings but also by collecting
required updates. Some of the functional and operational activities are requested to be changed
by the CEO. The project analysts and the programmer are asked for making these changes
respectively in the official website of Book House Ltd.
In order to follow best level operational and functional practices professional tools and
techniques are to be adopted by the project management authority of Book House Ltd. In order
to incorporate new functionalities or change management to the project practices the project
manager has asked to the system analyst or the system programmer. From the project
management perspectives the other functions that the project manager should incorporate include
motivation, leadership and managerial support.
