Boswellia refers to a genus of trees which are known for their fragrant
resin. It is an effective anti-inflammatory which can be act as the painkiller
and can help in preventing the loss of cartilage (Levin and et. al., 2020).
This is the one which can be highly effective and can allow to get better
health impact on individual with any type of inflammation or pain. Arthritis
is a medical condition in which there is swelling along with tenderness of

Background and Rationale
According to Weyand and et. al., (2020), Boswellia is highly effective which
can help in reducing the inflammation and allow to lessen the RA. Boswellia
also known by Indian frankincense which is a resin herbal extract from the tree
of boswellia. This resins are used as the natural medicine practices which are
associated with using from different centuries (Kumar and et. al., 2019).
It has high effectiveness on the inflammation and help to get removal of pain
through the body which are generally caused to the patient with rheumatoid
arthritis (Kumar Singh and et. al., 2021). Arthritis is mainly cause due to
inflammation in joints which are effective and can cause lead to cause pain
and get worsen with time. Here, Boswellia is the extract which is anti-
inflammatory in nature and have the ability to provide high effectiveness in
delivery of better response towards the pain and inflammation (Doaee and et.
al., 2019).

Inclusion criteria is defined as the characteristic or property which is
related with the prospective subject which must have if they are usually
show the aspect which is related with the included study Karlapudi and
et. al., 2018). It is also summarized with the simple term that the
inclusion contains those subjected which taken part in the research
process. whereas, the exclusion criteria are defined as those
characteristic that usually show the disqualification of prospective
subject form the inclusion in the study Pereira and et. al., 2021). It is

There are large number of population who are facing high difficulty due to
getting infected from the RA. It includes the inflammation and cause the within
joint and create pain. This can have high impact on the older people where
they need better and effective medication which can be helpful in getting
better response and relief from the pain and inflammation. Here, Boswellia is
highly effective and can lead to create high impact on the delivery of better
and effective response towards the health improvement for the older age
people over 50. Here, it has been find that due to having anti-inflammatory
property and pain killer effect, it allows to get better and effective response
towards the delivery of better health benefits. There is also need to ensure
about the use of natural medication which are getting use from the effective
response for the RA patient. Through using the research, it can allow to collect
the information about the effectiveness of learning through different studies
which implies about the effectiveness of getting better response toward the
delivery of better health form getting impact on patient with RA. It can allow to
get better relief from the pain and inflammation which are caused due to RA.

Recommendation
There is need to use the Boswellia which an effective resin that can be
used to reduce the impact of pain and inflammation which are caused
due to RA. Here, Boswellia can be effective when it taken three time a
day with 300 to 400 milligrams orally. It is recommended to use the
Boswellia extract which can used safety with dose less than 1000mg for
up to 6 months.
It is also recommended to use the intake of Boswellia which can be
effective and allow to get better response towards the delivery of
getting better positive impact on the older people over 50. It effective
can be observed after 4 week of continuous dose within limits. There
can also be some risk which are associated with taking care of patient
needs and their dose with better impact.
