Introduction Sundar Pichai is a famous CEO name in Google. He has a large contribution to Google because he tried to develop some potential elements that help Google to increase the marketing and become stable in the technology industry. Andrew J. DuBrin, (2020) notes that he has achieved all his success and can apply the necessary potential elements that are important for Google. He is doing more hard work and trying to combine his all team members in the chain of command. As a result, he can easily control their every employee’s activities and provide necessary direction towards Google’s organization milestone. Sundar Pichai is a potential person who can easily handle the critical situation and manages, therefore, employees to fill their organizational milestones. In his personal life,he is very much sincere and capable of taking any types of pressure that are imposed on him in the company. As a result, we can easily handle the critical situation though he falls under a lot of pressure. Because of his full dedication, he is now able to establish these potential services which are highly essential for the day to day life of every human.
