Introduction
Sundar Pichai is a famous CEO name in Google. He has a large contribution to Google because he tried to
develop some potential elements that help Google to increase the marketing and become stable in the
technology industry. Andrew J. DuBrin, (2020) notes that he has achieved all his success and can apply the
necessary potential elements that are important for Google. He is doing more hard work and trying to
combine his all team members in the chain of command. As a result, he can easily control their every
employee’s activities and provide necessary direction towards Google’s organization milestone. Sundar
Pichai is a potential person who can easily handle the critical situation and manages, therefore, employees to
fill their organizational milestones.
In his personal life, he is very much sincere and capable of taking any types of pressure that are imposed on
him in the company. As a result, we can easily handle the critical situation though he falls under a lot of
pressure. So, Larry Page, the owner of Google, always trusts him and provides complex challenges so that

Sundar Pichai creates a sophisticated plan to achieve his organization milestones. At first, he creates a
marketing plan and chooses some special projects. Sundar Pichai started his job in Google in 2004 from this
time he tried to provide some extra development in Google. His first ambition was to develop Google in the
world as a tech giant. From this view, he creates a creative team with strong members and takes some
critical projects with the help of Larry page. Larry page gives him good supports and gives him a suggestion
on how he will capture the market from other competitors[ CITATION DrD20 \l 1033 ].
For his effectiveness, he is a solid person who can apply his professional skills and knowledge to achieve his
organizational milestones and apply these to overcome their professional barriers. He separates his different
sectors such as android apps, googles map, Gmail, Google Drive, cloud, Advance and so on. These are
highly used by professionals and he gives a good outline so that the customers can easily use the Google
services and help them to make these more popular. Because of his full dedication, he is now able to
establish these potential services which are highly essential for the day to day life of every human. The

In the research paper, the core potentiality of the Sundar Pichai will be described. The positive and negative
side of his skill implementation in Google will be highlighted. How he handles his creative staffs and creates
